To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on the “Log In” button on the top right corner of the home page at www.backbid.com.
  • You will be redirected to the login form. Click on the “Forgot your password?” link just below the "LOGIN NOW" button
  • Enter the e-mail address that you used to create your account.
  • Answer the security question with the same answer you specified when you created your account or click on the "Send Email" button to receive instructions by email.
  • When you answer the security question correctly or click on the link that was sent to you in the email message, you will be able to enter your new password in the form provided and save it.

In order to be able to receive emails from BackBid we will need to verify your email address. You have received an e-mail message containing instructions on how to validate your account sent by noreply@backbid.com when you created your account.
If you have not received the e-mail within a couple of hours or have problems with the validation process please send an e-mail to support@backbid.com.

Sometimes your e-mail software may block messages from addresses that are not in your contact list. Please check the Junk and/or Spam folders to see if the message was moved there. Remember to add noreply@backbid.com to your contact list or safe list so you can receive future emails with bid details and notifications from BackBid. If you do not receive an e-mail within a couple of hours please send an e-mail to support@backbid.com to validate your account.

You can reset your password using the send email option. When you reset your password using the link provided in the email message sent to you, BackBid will know that you have access to the e-mail address you provided us when creating the account and we will validate your account automatically so you would no longer need the validation code.

BackBid allows only one account per e-mail address. You will get this message when another account has been created using this email address. If this is your e-mail address and you are sure that you have not previously signed up for an account, please contact us by sending a message support@backbid.com.

Please make sure to enter the code exactly as it is sent to you without any extra spaces. If you continue to have the same problem try validating your account by clicking on the link provided to you in the email sent from BackBid. If after this you are still not able to validate your account, please send an e-mail to support@backbid.com to validate your account.

After logging into BackBid, click on “Your Account” located on navigation bar on top of the page. You can update any part of your profile by changing the information in the fields and clicking on the “Save” button.

After logging into BackBid, click on “Your Account” located on top of the page. Then in the menu on the left of the page click on “Change Password” and you would see the form for changing your password.

After logging into BackBid, click on the “Your Account” located on the top of the page. Then on the menu on the left of the page, click on “Change Security Question” and you will see the form on which you can select your new security question and provide the answer.
